Holiday weeks
During the holiday weeks, you are warmly welcome to stay with us as a B&B guest and are invited to join morning sessions of yoga, meditation, or breathwork. Participation is entirely up to you, allowing you to shape each day at your own pace—whether that means joining a session, enjoying the sea, or exploring the natural beauty of Carloforte.
Retreat weeks
During retreat weeks, the villa becomes a shared space for guided spiritual experiences.
These weeks follow a more intense curated program, offering structure, depth and connection in small groups.
Alongside the program, there´s enough free time to enjoy the beach and follow your own flow.
